About us
Postmanual helps small and mid-sized companies move their processes onto AI. The name says it: post manual, what comes after manual work.
How we work
We lead projects from analysing business needs and requirements, through prototypes, phased plans and backlogs, to coordinating delivery, reviewing with the client's team and measuring results. That's how a good Product Owner works. At Postmanual we do the same, with AI at the centre.
One person leads the project from the first call to the result, so you don't explain the same thing to several departments. NodePlan, our product for planning projects and processes, grew out of the same need: to see the gaps in a plan before the build starts.
What we believe
- Process first, tools second: AI makes sense where you know how the work is done and how you'll tell it's getting better.
- People decide: AI prepares and suggests; important decisions stay with people.
- Numbers after measurement: We don't promise percentages before the audit. We publish results only once we've measured them.
- A short line: You talk to the person running the project, not to a sales team.

Technologies we work with
In marketing and analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and NapoleonCat. For assistants: AI models from several providers and the open Model Context Protocol standard. We pick the tool to fit the process, not the other way round.
Where we work
Warsaw, and remotely across Poland. Projects elsewhere in the EU run in English. We speak Polish, English and Ukrainian.
