AI Process Audit: where AI makes sense in your company
Before you buy another tool, let's find out where your team loses time and which processes can move onto AI. The outcome is a plan, not a slide deck about trends.
Who it's for
- Owners and boards of companies with up to 250 people who want to start with AI and don't know where.
- Companies that already pay for AI licences and see no change in their processes.
- Teams with one specific problem: reports, customer enquiries, documents.
What you get
- A map of 1 to 3 key processes: steps, people, tools and data.
- A baseline: how long the process takes today and where errors happen, based on interviews and the data you share.
- A list of places where AI makes sense, rated by impact, effort and risk.
- A recommended first pilot with success criteria we sign off together.
- A list of data and legal questions (GDPR, AI Act) to check before the rollout.
- The rollout plan as a document.
How it works
Kick-off workshop. Online or in Warsaw. Goals, processes, constraints, who owns what.
Interviews and tool review. We talk to the people who run the process every day and look at the tools with read-only access.
Analysis. We map the process, measure where the time goes and assess what can move onto AI.
Wrap-up meeting. The plan, the priorities and a decision on the pilot. The plan is yours, even if you implement it with someone else.
What we need from you
One person who owns the process on your side. A few hours of the team's time for interviews. Access to view the tools, or sample materials such as a report, an enquiry or a document.
What we don't do
We don't resell licences or push a favourite tool. We don't promise savings percentages before the analysis. We don't give legal advice: we point out the questions worth taking to your lawyer.
Questions
Is the audit paid?
Yes. The consultation is free, and we quote the audit in writing after it, once we know the scope.
What if the audit shows AI makes no sense?
That's a result too. You get a plan for what to improve without AI, or what to prepare first, such as cleaning up the data.
Do we have to implement it with you?
No. The plan is yours. Implement it with us, with another provider or on your own.
